The permitted stuctures are a single family residence, guest home, detached garage, and a service type barn and or arena.

The minimum square footage on main residence is 1800 sq. ft.

There is no time limit to build but once construction commences then the exterior must be complete within 9 months.

All fencing along the road shall be round post and rail.

All equipment, trailers and vehicles shall be stored in an enclosed structure.

All animals are permissible except swine, 4H projects excepted.

There shall be a homeowner's association and all plans and improvements shall be approved by the Architectual Review Committee.
